  • Overview

    We are looking for a professional and organized Title Clerk to join us in supporting one of our Berkshire Hathaway Automotive affiliated dealerships' staff and customers while assisting them in building and representing their brand. This is a high volume dealer located in the Dallas, TX Area. 

    Responsibilities


    • Open & accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures
    • Verify all documents are signed & completed properly
    • Maintain a high level of customer confidentiality
    • Process paperwork on a timely basis
    • Prepare & submit all legal transfer documents to the state department of motor vehicles (DMV)
    • Prepare tax & title documents
    • Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels

    Qualifications

     

    • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required

    • Automotive Accounting or ADP experience preferred

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills

    • VA Notary Public preferred

    • CVR experience preferred

    • VA Title experience preferred

    • Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook)

    • Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.

    • Professional appearance and work ethic

    • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment

    • Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
