Overview

We are looking for professional and personable Internet/BDC Representative to join us in supporting our dealership staff and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers and prospects via phone, internet, text message, in person and social networking sites
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a robust customer network
  • Manage managing incoming internet and phone leads and set appointments for vehicle demonstrations over phone, email and text communication
  • Reach store goals and produce a 12-15% closing ratio on internet leads
  • Supply customer with product performance and benefits
  • Meet and exceed daily goals and objectives
  • Make comprehensive notes in the dealership CRM reflecting all customer/prospect communications
  • Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge around vehicle features
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
  • Enhance the customer buying process by performing high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles
  • Attend product and sales training as requested by the Internet Sales Manager
  • Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and long term clientele

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Prior automotive, sales, customer service, or Business Development experience
  • Quality customer service skills and sales track record
  • Bi-lingual is always a plus!
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning products and technologies inside and out
  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
  • Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
  • Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
  • Strong computer & phone skills (DealerSocket, E-Leads, Reports, Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
