Overview

We are looking for a professional and experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join us in supporting our dealership staff and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brand.

 

These positions are in a variety of dynamic and profitable dealerships including import, luxury and domestic brands across North Texas.  These stores offer aggressive compensation packages based on experience. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
• Help manage all other aspects of the department
• Purchase vehicles for the inventory from auction and off-lease returns
• Complete trade appraisals

Qualifications

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses):

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required

• Prior Sales leadership and dealership experience preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A strong understanding of inventory control

• Manage to local and national vendors

• Strong Computer & Phone Skills (Internet, MS, Outlook, CRM)
