We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and personable Customer Service Agent / BDC Representative to join us in supporting our dealership staff and Service customers while assisting us in building and representing our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly greet service clients upon arrival or over the phone with a positive, upbeat, and courteous attitude
  • Generate service order estimations and quotes for customers
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule
  • Conduct post-repair follow-up
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Learn and utilize DealerSocket- Training to be provided
  • File completed RO’s
  • Assist Service Advisors by delivering world-class customer service

Qualifications

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses):

  • Prior customer service and/or sales experience
  • Driven for results and goal oriented
  • Must have attention to detail to fully satisfy client’s needs
  • Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethics
  • Ability to fully explain value added service recommendations to the client
  • Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment
  • Must have superb customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
