Due to expansion Reliable Superstore is looking for an Internet Sales Representative. We represent 5 of the most Prestigious Automobile Lines in the Industry: Toyota, Lexus, BMW, Audi & Scion.

 

Our Internet Sales Associates have the opportunity to interact with hundreds of customers while helping them to purchase a vehicle. Our goal is to deliver a truly exceptional vehicle-buying experience.

 

Responsibilities

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

  • Responding to e-leads timely, answering questions, providing information and setting an appointment for a visit to the store.
  • Determining each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
  • Following-up with internet inquiries and phone calls.
  • Attending weekly sales meetings.
  • Meet with sales manager regarding objectives, training, and performance.
  • Setting and achieving targeted sales goals.
  • Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help customers.
  • Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the computer system.
  • Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

 

How will I know if I am successful?

  • The performance of an Internet Sales Associate is measured by achieving targeted e-lead conversions to appointments and sales.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for? Someone with:

  • High energy & outgoing personality.
  • Prior sales experience preferred but not required - Customer Service experience a MUST.
  • Technology savvy - Proficiency with Windows & MS Office.
  • Ability to provide quick response time through efficient time and task management.
  • Ability to respond to all personality types with the highest level of professionalism.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls while providing high quality service to every caller.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals

 

This is a full time position. This position is for 40 hours per week, including some evenings, weekends and Holidays on rotating shift.
